Tasks :
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Searching new clients and taking care of existed clients
- Making planning the business development for Sales team and arranging monthly /weekly visits
- Pursue all of assigned targets of Sales team to ensure the high profits and all of customers / agents are satisfied accordingly to oriented company
- Checking and negotiation the cost of shipping & logistics with airlines, shipping lines, vendors of consolidation, warehouse, trucking, packages, customs…
- Control and own responsibility the risks and debt of team
- Build up good network and relationship with shipping lines, Airlines, Trucking providers…
- Solving the occurred problems of Sales Team in processing of the shipment handling in effectiveness and meet on the satisfaction of customers / agents
- Collaborating & support with other internal departments to handle the freight.
- Undertaking other assigned tasks of Sales Team
- Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly report to Director
Required experiences:
- Years of experiences: at least officially 4 years in same shipping / Logistics services industry, airfreight and Seafreight and good knowledge in freight forwarding.
- Education: graduated college or university in major of business administration, shipping economic, transportation, customs financial, international trade…
- Required language : English in 4 fluently skills are preferred
- Build relationship with internal and external partners
- The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management
- At least 6 months of experiences in Team management
Required Skills:
- Proficient skills in PC software: Excel, Word and Power point, outlook e-mail.
- Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated individual, energetic, and team-works.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions
- Leading ability and independent / team working skills
