Tasks :

  1. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  2. Setting clear team goals
  3. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team  Oversee day-to-day operation
  4. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  5. Motivate team members
  6. Discover training needs and provide coaching
  7. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  8. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  9. Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  10. Suggest and organize team building activities
  11. Searching new clients and taking care of existed clients
  12. Making planning the business development for Sales team and arranging monthly /weekly visits
  13. Pursue all of assigned targets of Sales team to ensure the high profits and all of customers / agents are satisfied accordingly to oriented company
  14. Checking and negotiation the  cost of shipping & logistics with airlines, shipping lines, vendors of consolidation, warehouse, trucking, packages, customs…
  15. Control and own responsibility the risks and debt of team
  16. Build up good network and relationship with shipping lines, Airlines, Trucking providers…
  17. Solving the occurred  problems of Sales Team in processing of the shipment handling in effectiveness and meet on the satisfaction of customers / agents
  18. Collaborating & support with other internal departments to handle the freight.
  19. Undertaking other assigned tasks of Sales Team
  20. Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly  report to Director

Required experiences:

-       Years of experiences: at least officially 4 years in same shipping / Logistics services industry, airfreight and Seafreight and good knowledge in freight forwarding.

-       Education: graduated college or university in major of business administration, shipping economic, transportation, customs financial, international trade…

-       Required language : English in 4 fluently skills are preferred

-       Build relationship with internal and external partners

-       The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management

-       At least 6 months of experiences in Team management

Required Skills:

-       Proficient skills in PC software: Excel, Word and Power point, outlook e-mail.

-       Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

-       Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-       Highly motivated individual, energetic, and team-works.

-       Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions

-       Leading ability and independent / team working skills
