Business Development

Title :  Business Development( full time staff)

Quantity : 3 persons 

Gender : not required

Tasks :

  1. Searching new clients and taking care of existed clients
  2. Making planning the business development and arranging monthly /weekly visits with assigned clients to good understand the client’s needs and consult and figure out the solutions meeting on the client’s requirements then.
  3. Pursue all of assigned targets to ensure the high profits and all of customers / agents are satisfied accordingly to oriented company
  4. Checking and negotiation the  cost of shipping & logistics with airlines, shipping lines, vendors of consolidation, warehouse, trucking, packages, customs… as assigned
  5. Making the services tariff and shipping schedule sheet as assigned
  6. Control and own responsibility the risks and debt of the assigned shipments / clients
  7. Build up good network and relationship with shipping lines, Airlines, Trucking providers… as assignment
  8. Solving the occurred  problems in processing of the shipment handling in effectiveness and meet on the satisfaction of customers / agents
  9. Collaborating & support with other internal departments to handle the freight.
  10. Undertaking other assigned tasks of Sales Team
  11. Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly  report to Manager

Required experiences:

-       Years of experiences: at least officially 06 months in same shipping / Logistics services industry, airfreight and Seafreight and good knowledge in freight forwarding.

-       Education: graduated college or university in major of business administration, shipping economic, transportation, customs financial, international trade…

-       Required language : English in 4 fluently skills are preferred

-       Build relationship with internal and external partners

-       The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management

Required Skills:

-       Proficient skills in PC software: Excel, Word and Power point, outlook e-mail.

-       Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

-       Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-       Highly motivated individual, energetic, and team-works.

-       Problem-solving and decision-making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions
